Very rarely does a design remain unaltered throughout the process, but Mr. & Mrs. Cosgrove knew what they wanted and were very like-minded with our approach to design. Indeed our initial sketch idea, presented at the very first meeting, was built.
The concept aimed to create a large open-plan kitchen / diner / sitting area with extensive full-width, full-height glazing to enjoy far-reaching views and a new, modern, flat-roofed, white-rendered pool-house at the bottom of the garden.
Tonbridge and Malling Council were very supportive of the design, even in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and the project was completed in Winter 2014.
